This week: No Man's Sky gets cleared of charges of  false advertising on it's steam page, while getting praised for it's new "Foundation Update" by Rami Ismail. The fun doesn't stop here, folks, because he also goes on about gamer entitlement in a twitter rant.  AM2R and Pokemon Uranium have been taken off the ballot for the Game Awards  "Best Fan game" category. We talk about this and get into an interesting conversation about Fan games versus Intellectual property and copyrights.
