BSPC#13 - Podcast the 13th (P.I.C.)



Lots of unlucky happenings for everyone, this week. No Man's Sky has a significant drop off in players, after Former Sony employees claim people wanting refunds are thieves,  Nintendo is on a DMCA spree, hitting both Game Jolt and the creator of AM2R, and A former community manager for Mighty No. 9 was caught trying to stick her hands in the cookie jar.

  2. I keep trying to tell my friends and co-workers who game to STOP pre-ordering video games all together. Just stop giving the industry monetary justifications to release unpolished turds so they can focus on volume rather than quality. "We can always patch it!" - Modern AAA Developers

    I hope No Man's Sky finally woke enough people up to make at least some difference.

    1. Yeah, at least if you're going to pre-order a game let it be one that's actually finished and has a decent set of bonuses behind it. Back in the day, you got a full game, an art book and some statues for a preorder, now you're just getting the rest of the things that should have been in the game in the first place.
