Personally, I thought the "Your mom hates Dead Space 2" campaign was pretty stupid. I don't really care either way what my parents think about my gaming habits. I'm a 32 year old adult who pays for his own games, anyway. So imagine my surprise when I found this article. Especially the part about the average gamer being 34. You would think with that information would put things in perspective and open a lot of eyes as to the demographics. At least then we can stop seeing 90s mentality marketing ploys such as this, but I seriously doubt it.
